We are all being invited to connect back to our hearts, our truth, and our intuition.
To remember that nobody knows what we need in the way that we do.
That in this moment and always, there is no right way to take care of ourselves.
That the answers we are searching for are within, just as they have been this entire time.
When we feel a lack of control, attached to an outcome, or are experiencing difficult emotions, it can be easy to look outside of ourselves to find a solution.
While there is a lot of noise right now, there is also a beautiful opportunity to come back to ourselves, our heart, and our truth.
Remembering that we are our own healers and advocates. That someone else’s truth doesn’t mean it is our truth.
This is your gentle reminder that however this time is unfolding for you, there is no right way to be / feel / act / use this time. It is ok to just BE. Because if not now, then when?
