Happy first of November! It feels surreal to be coming to the end of 2019. How are you feeling? Do you have any intentions to finish out the year feeling supported and grounded?
For me, it has been about staying really organized and communicative as I prepare for a big life change (I will be announcing more soon), maintaining my commitment to my healing, and working on the course I will be launching in the new year. I am focused on being present through it all and continuing to pour my heart into this space.
This week, I am sharing the first episode of my new ask-me-anything audio blogging series on The Dreamerie, Heal With Hilary. It was really fun to record and I am looking forward to hearing your feedback.
You can listen to the episode here: Heal With Hilary x Ep. 01
The questions answered in this episode are:
[Q1] What do I do if I am feeling spiritually overwhelmed?
[Q2] I am interested in Kundalini but have no studios near me. How can I get started?
You can submit your questions here to be answered each week. Looking forward to connecting with you in this new way!

This Kundalini meditation is the perfect remedy to release stress, especially before bedtime.
My favorite notebook for visioning & stream of consciousness journaling (love the thick pages!).
