In my journaling practice, I love to choose a quote or mantra for the week (& sometimes even daily) for inspiration. This will be the first post in the new #MondayMantra series where I share this piece of my practice and a few of the questions I am journaling on for the week. If you feel inspired, I invite you to join me in journaling on these questions as well.
To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment. — Ralph Waldo Emerson
This week I am looking inward and asking myself — in what ways am I still taking action from a place of caring what others perception of me will be? In what ways can I be more myself and share from my heart without putting a story around it or feeling like I am being judged?
The greatest accomplishment truly is being the most authentic version of what we came on this Earth to be.
