Trying to find my groove back in the kitchen ~ anyone else feel inundated with dietary recommendations resulting in what-to-eat overwhelm? My remedy — simplifying. Leaning on lots of whole foods in the form of soups (I literally throw in whatever I have on-hand and top with pumpkin/hemp seeds) & warm salads filled with roasted veggies (last night I roasted cauliflower with chickpeas and it was ) rolling with the inspiration when it strikes and making extra for leftovers!
