Easing back into routine means a healthy dose of greens in my morning smoothie and a trip to the farmers market this week. Whenever I’m with my family I tend to relax about my diet and stay present with them. Enjoying delicious food made with love that isn’t part of my day-to-day. I deeply cherish these moments and look upon them fondly. I also recognize that once I return the comfort of the foods that nourish and energize me are waiting with open arms. This mindset has taken some work but it is with gratitude that I shift back to the high vibe deliciousness that helps me to thrive.
