CELERY JUICE — I have been drinking celery juice for a little over a year now (although admittedly I want to be a bit more consistent with it!) and always notice a difference when I have it first thing in the morning — improvements in digestion, more energy, less cravings (it is also super supportive to helping me completely rid the shingles virus from my body which is crucial for my recovery). Who else is having morning celery juice? What benefits are you noticing?
