This week's question couldn't have come at a better time as I woke up this past weekend feeling completely physically and emotionally exhausted. Through discussions with friends, coaching clients, and this community it seems I am not the only one. With the days getting darker earlier, Mercury in Retrograde, the year coming to an end and the holidays beginning, not to mention our brains being inundated with information overload daily — the need to take care of ourselves individually so we can take care of the collective is more important than ever.
