As we transition from Fall into Winter it is time to step up our beauty routine and make sure to give our skin that love it deserves. These months are harsh but thankfully there is an abundance of natural beauty brands to the rescue. Here are a few of my top picks to take you through the season and leave you feeling vibrant even on the coldest days. Also important to note, what you put in your body is just as important as what you put on your body so make sure you are enjoying an abundance of fruits and veggies as well as drinking plenty of water. To help with dryness I also love having 1-2 humidifiers in the house on each side of the bed. I have this one but any kind will do!

face wash: Tata Harper Refreshing Cleanser This cleanser is smooth and easy on the skin while going to work immediately. Packed with 10 active botanicals the french pink clay will draw out impurities, detoxifying the skin while willow bark fights blemishes and reduces inflammation. Use in the morning and evening.

light exfoliation: Honey Girl Face Scrub Exfoliating 1-2x a week in the winter is ideal to keep our skin looking fresh and getting rid of dead skin cells/dryness. I love the Honey Girl Scrub because it isn’t too gritty and leaves your skin feeling like silk.

toner: White and Elm Chamomile Toner A step that many of us skip this toner helps to balance pH and reduce pore size for balanced skin.

moisturize: Odacite Beautiful Day Moisturizer or Shiva Rose Face Oil To switch things up between a cream or oil based moisturizer I alternate between combining Odacite Face Cream with one of her oils or using just the Shiva Rose Face Oil. Depending on your skins needs these two products will leave you feeling hydrated while visibly firming skin.

face mist: Bottega Organica Cucumber Mist This cucumber mist is will soothe your skin and reduce any inflammation that will occur from the harsh winter winds. I use it before I walk out the door and any time I feel the need to freshen up.

body: Jiva Apoha + Sun Potion Shea Butter Dry brushing, exfoliating in the shower and the combination of Sun Potion Shea Butter and Jiva Apoha oil will save your skin this winter and leave it smooth and hydrated.

nails: Perfect Formula Our nails will need love too during these months. I adore Perfect Formulas products because they are easy to apply at home and leave your nails strong and protected.

lips: Earth Tu Face Skin Stick You will never find me without a lip balm during the frigid months. This Skin Stick is full of plant extracts and oils that will soothe, soften and hydrate your lips throughout the year. Created by two herbalists in California, you will fall in love.

hands: Weleda Skin Food This is one of the absolute best hand creams out there and you won’t want to leave home without it. It deeply hydrates, restores and protects skin with nourishing plant oils and extracts.

face mask: May Lindstrom The Problem Solver This incredible mask will work magic on your skin every single time. With antioxidant-rich cacao, healing bamboo charcoal, soil nutrients, salts and warming spices it will get rid of blemishes, jump-start circulation and detoxify your skin with ease. Definitely a must-have!

hair: Pratima Skincare Organic Hair Nutrients Just a few drops this products nourishes the scalp, helps to stimulate hair growth and prevent dry, flaky conditions with healing botanicals of Neem, Rosemary and Eucalyptus.
