Soapwalla Deodorant Review
The unfortunate truth is that many of the mainstream deodorants nowadays contain aluminum, sulfates, parabens and other harmful ingredients. When these chemicals are absorbed into the skin the effects are extremely damaging and toxic to the body. Thankfully there is a variety of natural deodorants that do the job with safe and organic ingredients. Today I am sharing one of my new favorites, Soapwalla. Created by Rachel Winard in Brooklyn, this deodorant is vegan and made with the highest quality organic and food-grade ingredients. I have been using it for over a month and I am extremely happy with the results.
To be perfectly honest, I was a bit skeptical at first. I wondered how I would feel using my hands for the application. It isn't a big deal at all and I got over it after a day. The cream goes on effortlessly and absorbs quickly. The peppermint, lavender and tea tree essential oils in the deodorant create a fresh scent and the fine vegetable powders and clay inhibit bacteria and ensure an effective, long-lasting experience. I wore this deodorant doing everything from running around the city, to taking Pilates and just going through my normal routine and it worked all day. The cost is a bit higher than your average deodorant but it is well worth it. I am already planning to restock once I run out.
